Chinese Etiquette Program (3 hours)

Chinese etiquette is nevertheless practiced in the business world, and in formal working and social settings, although it may not be seen every day in the street.

Learning Chinese formal etiquette can help you feel more confident in building your Guanxi (networking), and make your Chinese clients, co-workers, staff members, partners, etc. feel more comfortable with you.

  • The Skill of Making Small Talk
    Being able to small-talk successfully is one of the most crucial skills a businessperson can develop, but it is also one of the hardest. We'll discuss some basic do's and don'ts of small talk.

  • Making that Great First Impression to Date Westerns
    During this session, we will discuss some ways that participants can make sure their first impression is perfect.

    At the end of the day, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and fill out an action plan.
